The place is magical, the room is comfortable and spacious (they upgraded us to a larger room). The pool is indulgent, the breakfast is good. Highly recommended. For those who have difficulty walking, the distance between rooms and facilities can be challenging.

The location, facilities, and view were great. However, the food options were very limited, and the staff seemed glued to their phones, showing no customer focus; we had to wait 30 minutes for a single order and repeatedly ask for our drinks and bill at the bar. They were friendly but wildly inefficient—when we confronted them, they acted as if we were a nuisance. If this continues, the property will suffer negative reviews. Each morning we had to request coffee ourselves, and the room never received any replenishment even after multiple requests. We ended up buying coffee at the supermarket. No follow‑up at all.
