“Bien dans l’ensemble”

The staff were very helpful and attentive. You can rent bikes on site and there’s a gym. Our bungalow was at the very back of the property, without a hammock as shown in the photos, and close to the public passage. The wind that blew in kept us from sleeping. Later I learned that half‑board could be booked, but it wasn’t offered on site, which was a pity.

The location was spot‑on and the snorkeling from our over‑water bungalow was flawless, but we wasted effort trying to book a spa session; they never called back to confirm, leaving us stuck in the bungalow.

Our over‑water bungalow offered a stunning view and direct access to a snorkeling spot with a diverse array of fish and a sleepy shark; the bedding was high‑quality and comfortable, and we were greeted warmly at the airport and upon arrival at the hotel, with a spacious room and a small welcome gift. However, we never received hot water, even after calling twice for assistance, and the front‑desk agent didn’t apologize, merely saying “it can happen” and seemed surprised we asked for compensation; the director offered a gesture that didn’t fully match the inconvenience.

“Bel hotel, mais restaurant ok”

The venue, rooms, and view were great, but the midday restaurant was subpar, the chocolate mousse dessert was bad, the breakfast was fine, and the evening dining was good.
