The bathroom and shower were great, but the bed was way too hard. I'm not sure what they were thinking with that mattress.

The service was always top-notch, and that's all I really have to say. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they sorted out any issues we had. The only problem was that the rooms were freezing, even in August, but they gave us extra blankets and changed the towels every day, which was great. The only issue with the towels was that one of them was stained and torn, but that was just a one-off.

The location was great, but the beds were tiny. I'm not sure what the hotel was thinking with such small mattresses.

I never actually got to stay here because the hotel never bothered to respond to my emails. It's clear they don't care about their guests.
