The front office staff were very friendly and quick to respond. Room service was prompt. The hotel isn’t far from the airport and is also close to the city center, making travel convenient. The dining area is right next to the reception, not in a separate enclosed restaurant.

Location and breakfast spread. Exhaust fans in all 4 bathrooms were not working. One of the suit room 226/228 were quite small compared to the other room 218/220. Extra bed was extremely dirty. ACs in dinning area were either dripping or kept switched off by staffs. Reception were understaffed all times

This was the very worst experience I've had.

The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous, but the reception counter wasn't visible from the entrance and should have been made more visible.
