Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The dining was lovely and all the dining staff were excellent, I enjoyed the meals. A little revamp would help the facility. On arrival the hotel looked like an abandoned building from the outside, very unkempt with cobwebs around the entrance. The carpet, hallway and walls were dated.

Breakfast was okay; the room was also okay. The hotel supposedly had no reservation. It would happen more often with bookings through Booking. Then a room was double‑booked for us and suddenly two men were in the room. :( In the morning the room card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. Parking was given to us for the inconvenience.

The staff’s welcome was awful; they were not friendly at all. Because of a mistake in room type selection, I was treated like I didn’t exist, and the error couldn’t be fixed.

The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The location was ideal as only 20 to 30mins from Disney parks and 30 mins from Paris. Would like to have option of having tea/ coffee making in rooms. Also no hand towels provided in bathrooms
