The room was excellent for the price. I woke up at 5 am to noise from other guests who wouldn’t stop talking right in front of my room. A child was crying and a woman was shouting. At 6 am they started cleaning the corridor and I couldn’t sleep anymore. It was supposed to be a rest period, but it was frustrating how little consideration and respect the people who made noise from 5 am had.

The location was good and the staff answered via WhatsApp, but the employee who received me was very rude, impatient, and ill‑mannered. I never saw a bathroom so small. To use the toilet seated you have to keep the door open. Obese people can’t get into the shower because the door is too narrow. It was a hardship. The bathroom was ridiculous, the reception was terrible, the parking was far up a mountain slope. Terrible. For a 100 kg person the shower door doesn’t open, and you can only sit on the toilet with the door open.

The price and location were good, but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were cramped, the sheets were dirty, and no one offered help; I had to plan my departure in advance, leaving the keys in the plant pot as we arranged on WhatsApp, which she accepted via WhatsApp but refused to accept through the app for a discount.
