Staff was very friendly, location was very good for our travel, room was comfortable and easy to access. We had a little problem with water intermittently running in the toilet. But the staff immediately came to take a look and correct the problem

Quiet, reasonably priced. They are doing a decent job of cleaning, etc., it is just that we had multiple issues with our stay. We changed rooms twice, ending up in a 3rd room. Oddly, we noticed at bed time that the bed was soaking wet. From the top of duvet to the mattress. My husband had noticed that there was water on a coffee table as well when we arrived. He wiped it up and didn't think much about it. There were cracks in the ceiling and the desk person said that they had a big rain storm that afternoon so she thought that might be the reason for the soaked bed. The ceiling didn't show signs of any recent drips and it was dry. Additionally, any rain that travelled through the ceiling would have stained the bedding, but it had not, it was just very wet. We were given another room but it had a smell to it, like something with the A/C unit or such. The window did not have a screen so we couldn't open it to freshen the space so we asked for another room. The third room had a lingering smell of a smoker having stayed there. My husband ran the fan on the A/C unit to freshen the space. It was essentially a clean room but there was a clear smell of having had a smoker stay. There were several work rigs at this property and I think it's popular for crews. We noticed some of them smoking outdoors so I do suspect if not work crews, they had a traveler who smoked and the smell carried into the room
