The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff—everyone from reception to kitchen, restaurant, and housekeeping delivered exceptional service, being extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. The breakfast was also very good.

The bed, towels, and bedding were fine. However, the shower was defective and the liquid soap dispenser was also faulty.

Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide selection and high quality. The location is great, easy to find, and close to everything. All the staff were very courteous, polite, and helpful.

The shower was the best part! The bathroom door was jammed.
