The small inn was lovely, with early check‑in free of charge, simple and clean, a calm and feminine atmosphere, but the sound insulation was poor.

I went to Japan again this year and chose this spot for Tokyo, loving Koenji and Grapehouse; the transport links are great, the place is well situated, the staff are friendly and the check‑in is easy, plus the host welcomes warmly, and there’s laundry and air‑drying on the balcony.

Being a women‑only place gave me peace of mind; it was clean and pleasant, though the air‑conditioner made noise.

It’s a charming spot and the host and owner are very friendly; the women‑only policy feels safe and the vibe is calm, the place stays spotless, the beds are roomy and comfy, I even stayed several times and would definitely return—nothing to complain about.
