The house was charming with an amazing history, our room was beautifully furnished, and despite the age of the building the bathrooms were updated; Amanda, the innkeeper, was welcoming and pleasant and made an amazing breakfast for us in the morning. We didn’t really find anything we didn’t like.

The decor was very well done with period furnishings, the hostess was excellent, the room was spacious, the place was rich in history and had a well‑balanced decor, and breakfast was great. What’s not to like?

The décor was beautifully restored, Amanda greeted us upon arrival and was friendly and helpful; she is a gourmet cook and made a delicious breakfast for us in the morning.

Breakfast was great, and the cookies given at check‑in in the evening were an unexpected treat; Amanda the innkeeper was delightful.

The décor was stylish, and we were greeted with fresh banana muffins when we arrived. The homemade breakfast tasted great, and the staff were attentive, though they could have gone a bit further. I’d definitely recommend this place!
