The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The only downside was that there were no other notable issues to mention. Overall, a decent experience thanks to the great service.

I stayed in a ground‑floor courtyard room, and the courtyard was tiny and the window let in a lot of heat—so I couldn’t open it because it faced the smoking area, which was annoying for a non‑smoker. Late at night, from midnight to 1 a.m. or even 2 a.m. to 3 a.m., the staff were moving drinks and empty bottles, which woke me up each time. Breakfast was basically just fresh rolls; everything else was just thawed.

The staff’s friendliness really stood out, making every interaction smooth and welcoming. There wasn’t anything else that bothered me, so the hospitality was the highlight.
