The staff's warm welcome was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the room was in dire need of renovation. The torn and peeling wallpaper, broken shower door, and unpleasant bathroom odors were major drawbacks, not to mention the old and somewhat dirty fridge and unclean towels.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, the room I was given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was really off-putting since neither of us smokes. Additionally, the curtains were a bit broken, allowing too much light to enter the room, which made it difficult to rest.
My partner and I visited Milan for a concert at the nearby Legend and had a seamless check-in at 11:30 PM. Our room was cozy, clean, and well-heated, with a spacious bathroom and large shower, and the proximity to metro line 3 was incredibly convenient. Everything was perfect.
