The hotel is well‑located in the heart of Yuksom, with attentive, helpful staff who listen closely. The equipment feels a bit dated, but the place works well for a short 1‑to‑2‑day stay.

The hotel sits in the center of Yuksum, and the staff can arrange a cab to Pelling; you can choose from several rooms and the rate offers good value for money. It was a bit cold in December, and first‑floor rooms don’t have good views, though second‑ or third‑floor rooms do.

The big plus at this hotel was an attentive and caring staff, and an excellent cook. I can only speak for the dorm, which was spacious, and the shared bathroom, cold water only (there is a coil heating device which I didn't use) was clean and tidy. It is good value for the budget backpacker. -0
