“Boooking.com duped us , we were shown Hampton by Hilton Fujian port and instead got a hotel 40 km mi”
Dear Sir, We would like to claim RMB 500 paid in Cash to the hotel. Firts of all we feel cheated and duped as we wanted Hampton by Hilton on Futian border as that was the hotel shown , but on confirming we were sad to realize it was 40 km and hour and 20 minutes taxi ride to Longua Dashe road really far away from Shenzhen city in an industrial area plus taxi cost amounting to RMB 100++ to the hotel from HK border. Return journey was another RMB 100 amounting to RMB 700+ Hotel had no room service having a Hilton name, was ridiculous and in the middle of NO WHERE HOTEL. We paid cash in the hotel and was a difficult experience. Hence before we take the matters to legal authorities in Hong Kong , we request a full refund of RMB 500 or HK $ 550 We are not taking to account lost of HK$ 240 in China Yuna RMB 200++ Looking forward to your help and feedback.
