The location and facilities look good, but we couldn’t stay because of a system problem. The reception’s youngest staff member was terrible, always answering reluctantly, and when I mentioned traveling with my dog, she gave a disgusted look and said “we haven’t had animals in 10 years,” even though the website says the property is PET friendly.

The spot is perfect, just a few steps from Zócalo and a few streets to the bus terminal; however, the cleanliness could be better—my bed had hair on it after the room was shaken.
