The location and the bathroom were good, but the kitchen and the bathroom were in the hallway.

No breakfast was booked, the location was good, there was parking in front of the house, and a sauna was in the room. We were assigned to the basement area beside the laundry room; in the morning technicians disturbed us, even on weekends they used the always‑open exit area or put laundry there early (around 6.00 am). Privacy was questionable, and the kitchenette was not optimally equipped with cutlery.

The residential neighbourhood was quiet, the en‑suite bathroom was very clean, we could use the pleasant garden close to Hamburg; the kitchen was shared.

The landscape was wonderful and the place was ideal for unwinding, but at first glance everything seemed clean, yet a closer look revealed it was very dirty. What is absolutely unacceptable is that someone entered the room when we were not there; that is not acceptable, we eventually felt uncomfortable and were glad we could leave.
