The place is well situated with nearby amenities, and the room rates are quite reasonable. The daytime staff and the receptionist were courteous. However, the room we had booked wasn’t ready when we arrived, forcing us to wait in a different room. The AC only turned on from the outside after several requests, and there was no UPS backup; the staff took 3–5 minutes to start the generator whenever the power cut. There were no blankets or bedsheets in the room; when we asked, the staff said they would come from the laundry soon, but they only arrived at 9:30 pm after multiple reminders. The night‑shift staff were rather unprofessional, loudly talking on the phone and among themselves outside our room late at night, disturbing the children. I had to step outside and ask them to stop, and they remained rude for the rest of our stay.
