The staff were fantastic, super helpful and incredibly kind. The junior club was functional and packed with activities. Our son settled in perfectly, made new friends right away, and it felt like we were really part of a family! Ramis and Nino were always ready to escort guests up and down Forio in the van. The food was out of this world and plentiful… forget about dieting there, otherwise you’ll end up arguing! 😊

“piacevole soggiorno”

A pleasant stay with friends. The pool was lovely, the room comfortable, and breakfast was good. Transfer service from Forio port was convenient. The shuttle to the beach kept to the afternoon break schedule.

Everyone on staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The thermal pool, open to kids until 4 pm, and the sauna were highly appreciated. Food was generally good, and the shuttle service was always available. The location was strategic for island visits. The spacious terrace was great for drying beach gear, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The mini‑club was present but not intrusive; children could come and go freely and even dine there with other kids. The bunk bed was outdated and very noisy at night whenever the child moved, with no headboard protection. Only one free linen change per week; additional changes were paid, which left us a bit perplexed since it’s a family hotel and kids often need more frequent changes.

We really enjoyed our stay. We want to go back but next time will try to get a studio instead of a hotel room because we missed a bit to cook together while in vacation. However the food at the restaurant was good . Just the buffet was quite too repetitive. Otherwise good. We did not like the fact that the hotel did not have any convention with a beach facility. We usually went to San montano beach but we had to pay extra 30 € per day to get an umbrella and chairs. We had the possibility to go to San montano public beach but we would have to take our own umbrella and chairs and it was not doable for us. So we just accepted to pay extra 30 £ per day, or better saying half day since we were arriving at the beach usually at 9.30 am and leaving at 1.30 pm
