We finally got into the lobby after a seven‑hour wait, only to be told close to midnight that there were no rooms left. The whole experience felt like a nightmare and left a terrible impression.

The place was spotless and everything seemed in order, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the TVs are ancient and lack any smart features, which feels off given how much you pay.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and right where we wanted to be, and the night staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. On the flip side, the cleaning was just okay, we were shuffled around at the last minute, and didn’t get the room until 2 p.m. after arriving at 5 a.m., with responses taking forever.

Location is the main selling point – everything you need is within walking distance. The downside is that there are practically no power outlets in the room, except a couple hidden in the bathroom.
