The location of the accommodation is good. The lack of information about breakfast (provided by a nearby vendor two minutes on foot) is a downside. Breakfast is only a cup of coffee and two mini viennoiseries; fruit juice is extra.

The large apartment is split into rooms and lacks good entry doors, so you have to lock them with a padlock. You also need to place a wedge when leaving.

Breakfast includes a cappuccino, a focaccia, and a brioche—enough to start the day. The location is perfect for me, I love the area, it’s quiet and upscale, and close to everything.

The host was very kind, and the accommodation is easy to reach, even walkable into the city centre. The nicer beaches are accessible by bus. The furnishings are old but pretty, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is great, but the breakfast was a classic Italian spread that felt a bit disappointing for us.

A real gem, exactly what everyone should experience. Staying in the owners’ house, sharing the wonderful feeling of being genuine guests in a home. Edel was extremely kind, attentive, and caring, along with her son. The room was spotless and lovely in a very beautiful house in a fantastic area of Genoa, convenient for all zones and well-served by public transport just a minute from the house. Breakfast was excellent at a nearby bar. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
