“Excellent choice”

Clean and nice hotel, conveniently located next to the mall. The room was spacious and pleasant, the pool area was okay, and breakfast was tasty, though a bit limited if you don’t eat Asian warm dishes. The staff were super attentive and the service level was top notch!

“Helpful staff, lovely room and breakfast.”

The staff were all so helpful. When I checked in, I heard the mosque in the bathroom with the door closed, so I asked to change rooms. The check‑in staff and on‑duty managers were excellent and moved me to a room that had a sound‑proof double‑glazing problem solved. The beds were super comfy, the room had great space, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a huge choice for all tastes in a pleasant high‑ceiling room with large floor‑to‑ceiling windows. I would definitely stay again if needed. The only issue was the sound of prayers from the mosque on the opposite side of my first room, but the staff sorted it out without delay, and the new room, despite being right in front of the mosque, had extremely thick double‑glazed windows that worked a charm. I slept so well.

“SHORT STAY HOTEL”

The room was big and had access to the mall; the club lounge is nice and the staff are friendly. Live music on the weekend and nice restaurants. We were a bit disappointed with the club lounge customer service. They appeared friendly and polite, but the service was not delivered and they lacked knowledge of standard drinks and food that should be served. For example, our croissant was forgotten after being ordered, the coffee latte was served lukewarm instead of hot, and our late breakfast hash brown, baked beans, mushrooms, etc. was served cold twice in the morning with cooked scrambled eggs. They should reheat it before adding the eggs. It’s minor stuff, but we expected 5‑star service while staying in a 5‑star price.

“Location is everything”

The hotel sits right inside a mall and even has its own entrance, which was super convenient. Parking was free, a nice extra perk. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot‑on. The on‑site restaurant was excellent; breakfast offered a good variety and dinner was also great. Dinner is served buffet‑style: Friday nights feature seafood, Saturday nights are all about beef. The mall itself is a fantastic place to wander, packed with restaurants and shops. I’d recommend this place mainly for its location.
