The breakfast was very good and good the staff very helpful. Our only concern is that we wanted to stay an additional night, but the motel couldn't match the lower price we obtained when we booked the first three nights. We left and used to stay the extra night in Pigeon Forge, but would have preferred to stay at the Hampton

They were very polite and helpful. They allowed us to park our trailer. Vehicles were safe. The A/C in the room was not quiet. It made noises each and every time it would Come on. Pillows were tooooooo SOFT

The doors in the room made a loud noise when shut; something should be done to dampen that sound.
