The breakfast was mediocre—coffee or tea in a plastic cup wasn’t possible, so I used the cup from my room each day, but after two days there was no cup left to make Nescafé; the location was bad, the only nearby convenience store was Carrefour about 400 m away; the food from outside was poor, the staff spoke very bad English, and anything not on the menu was almost incomprehensible to them; the work ethic was lacking.

I was able to relax, and it seemed like the adjacent venue often hosts wedding parties, giving the hotel a very happy vibe. Occasionally the Wi‑Fi would drop.

The staff were always on hand, and Mohamed in particular did a great job making us feel welcome and taking care of everything. The Wi‑Fi could be faster, and the restaurant menu could offer more choices.

The team was very friendly, especially Mohamed, my guide to the Pyramids, who made the whole hotel experience fantastic. Arranging a car to the Pyramids was straightforward and well organized. A special thank you to Mohamed Ayman for his excellent English, professionalism, and kindness; he was incredibly helpful and simplified everything. Highly recommended!
