I never received a bill from reception; they said I would get one, but no copy was ever given.

Faisal’s friendliness was truly great. Whether it was a rickshaw booking, a foreign‑taxi, or a hotel reservation, Faisal was very dedicated and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. Thank you for that.

The rooms were neat and clean, the toilets were spotless, and the staff were helpful, but they could have supplied a kettle and tea or coffee sachets.
