The staff, meals, and accommodations were great; the staff were kind and helpful, and I stayed here because a friend recommended it, but I had trouble using the TV controls.

The customer service and jetted tub were okay, yet the mold on the shower curtain, the stain on the AC unit, stains on the curtains, the many bug traps in the room, the small pillows, and the firm mattress were awful.

Nothing was good, everything was bad.

It was decent, I guess, but there was black and pink mold in the shower, the whole room smelled like must, the hot tub was ice cold as was the pool, and the front desk clerk was leaning at the desk and falling asleep.
