Our time at Kings Ridge was an average experience overall, with a few clear highlights alongside areas that could definitely use improvement. On the bright side, the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Knowing we were celebrating a special occasion, they kindly gave us a room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture that we genuinely appreciated. The food at the resort was also great, offering delicious meals that made dining on‑site a pleasure. However, the rooms themselves felt quite dated and are in need of renovation. They lacked the cleanliness, crispness, and polish you would expect, which held the overall stay back from feeling like a true getaway. If you value friendly service and good food, Kings Ridge delivers, but the guest rooms could certainly benefit from an update and a deep refresh.
