The building feels solid, and even though it was a single room, it felt very spacious. The water flow was good and the bathtub filled quickly, which was very pleasant. The view was amazing! The breakfast could use a bit more variety. Maybe because it was summer vacation, the kids’ camp was a little noisy.

The price was good. I was annoyed that conversations in the hallway were audible and uncomfortable.

A big park was right in front of the hotel, so I walked there in the evening and morning. The hotel had a luxurious feel and the breakfast was tasty. The coin laundry, which is essential for a summer tour, was convenient, and the bike could be parked safely in the covered bike shed. Because the hotel is usually a budget place, I got a cheap stay with breakfast included, but during the three‑night tour I found the dinner courses a little expensive and I held back. I wish there were more reasonable options, but given the location it’s understandable. Next time I’ll splurge on dinner.
