The hotel was pretty quiet and the staff were courteous, but the room had a stale smell that wasn’t addressed. After dropping off our luggage, we returned later and my girlfriend found toenails all over the floor. We called the front desk, they only apologized, asked for a photo sent to an email, and said no discount could be offered because we booked through booking. They didn’t offer to have someone vacuum the floor or ask if we wanted that service at check‑out; the lady took my number and never called back.

The staff were really friendly, everything was clean, and breakfast was delicious. The shower head didn’t work properly and had very little water pressure; the issue wasn’t mentioned when we signed out.

Joe was amazing—super friendly and easy to chat with. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was easy to reach, and everything was clean and presentable. The only thing I wish they had was little nightstands on the sides of the beds that don’t have the middle table; that’s missing from every hotel.
