“Ze względu na PLUSKWY nie polecam tego miejsca. Gdyby nie to, opinia byłaby dokładnie odwrotna.”
I was drawn in by the rustic charm and beautiful lake view, and the hand‑stitched blankets and tidy bathroom made me feel comfortable at first. The garden, tipi, and friendly dogs added to the vibe, and I even appreciated the embroidered throws. I had planned to relax with tea or coffee by the lake after a long day of cycling, but that plan fell apart when my friend and I started sleeping. A few minutes after the lights went out, she was bitten; soon after, we saw one bed bug, then another. We switched beds several times, and after many bites and dozens of bed bugs, we called the owner. She was frightened, moved us from room 4 to room 2, apologized, and said someone had reported an issue before, but she herself had never seen any bugs and the pest‑control company claimed none were present. In the new room, there were a few traps, but there were still at least three bugs. We couldn’t leave because it was midnight and we only had a bike to get back. The night was sleepless, with only 3–4 hours of fragmented sleep. This is my first negative review; I’m warning others and hoping the owners will do everything possible to eliminate this problem, as it’s not a trivial issue. I’m still uneasy, fearing that I may have brought bed bugs into my apartment, and I regret not asking for a refund or pest‑control coverage earlier.
