The bed was comfortable and the room stayed clean, with clear check‑in instructions and a spotless toilet. Unfortunately the shower was a nightmare – moldy grout and water that drained so slowly I was standing in it. On top of that, the walls and doors offered virtually no soundproofing, so I was woken up each morning by guests stomping and shouting despite the quiet‑hour policy.
