“Would definitely stay again, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was five star!”

The rooms were beautiful, and all three requests I made when booking were fulfilled. The parking fee was a bit high; paying over $300 a night for a room, it would be nice to keep parking around $60.

“Nice hotel. I have stayed at several Embassy suites.”

The location was decent, and having a restaurant and daily breakfast was nice. When I asked for extra towels and toilet paper, they delivered them. The snack area was overpriced—six dollars for a bottle of water is insane. Valet service was overpriced, understaffed, and there was no parking for valet to load or unload, making it chaotic. We ended up using our own parking garage.

“Exceeded our expectations and provided an incredible “home away from home” for a family trip that was our kids first vis”

The location hit all the tourist spots we wanted, just a short walk from two metro stops. The king corner room was huge and fit our family of four (kids 12 & 9) perfectly. Breakfast, included daily, was tasty and kept us energized for busy days. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. It was honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had anywhere. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Clean room. At least a bottle of water after long travel would have been nice. We arrived early and the young lady at the reception was quite unfriendly

Location, breakfast, and the reception were great. The washer and dryer facilities were a nice bonus as well.
