The place sits next to the train station, close to everything, and the apartment is very comfortable and well decorated. I was not happy at all to find out that I couldn't have breakfast and that my room didn't even allow me to pay for it; it felt very unpleasant and rude.

The hotel is in a very good spot; Florence is a walkable city, but the hotel is right next to the train station and close to tourist sites. It's a smaller hotel, rooms aren't huge, and some in-room amenities might feel lacking compared to larger hotels, but your needs are met without problems. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The elevator to the second floor smells bad, so we tried to avoid it if possible. Slippers could be added to the rooms. We didn't have breakfast. No other major issues.
