I grew up there, but we probably won’t visit Everett often again. When we do, the Union will likely be our base for trips around the area—very comfortable and convenient.

I skipped breakfast but had dinner, which was very good. The rooms could use more seating and a bit more light.

Breakfast was just enough for a quick bite before heading out, nothing remarkable, and it would have been better if it were downstairs in the bar or restaurant, presented buffet‑style with hot and cold choices; I’ve had better breakfasts at cheaper B&Bs or inns.

The bathroom was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. I did notice an excess of pillows on the bed. There were no luggage racks, and the ones that were present were too small to open suitcases. I had to set up an ironing board for one suitcase and use a comforter from the bed, placing it on a chair cushion to hold the suitcase. I wasn’t thrilled about the wrapped bun, but thanks for providing it.
