The welcome and the table were perfect, and the comfort was spot on.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms on the first floor require climbing stairs; during dinner the staff’s attitude was poor, we waited over an hour, and when we mentioned it they brought a phone translator telling us we’d advanced the dinner time, which was true, but we’d checked before and they had said yes.

The restaurant and the friendliness of the servers and staff were good, yet the pool was closed, the room cleanliness was borderline, and getting to the rooms via the stairs was quite difficult.
