The staff were personal, warm, and accommodating, the lobby was always clean, breakfast could be improved, the nearby mosque is very good and the location is quiet and central with many restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is not far from the mall—two stops away by bus. The water was okay, the bathroom smelled, something needs to be done about that, the ceiling was thin, and the pillow was hard, otherwise everything else is fine.

The hotel was centrally located, nice, and fresh; I stayed on the 3rd floor and the wifi did not reach the rooms.
