Being close to the hot spring basin made night walks enjoyable, and the variety of onsens plus tasty meals were a highlight. However, the room lacked an air‑conditioner, making temperature control impossible, and there was only one smoking room in the whole building, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious with a wide menu, and the ReFa showerheads in the hot springs were excellent. The three onsens were all used, but they were smaller than expected, and there were few lockers, dressers, and hair dryers. The ReFa dryer had two models, but the smaller one was noisy and the airflow was weak.
