The staff provided good service, but the buffet offered very little variety.

The rooms were fine, but the food selection is limited and the entertainment is awful; weekends are dull, the casino should host daily parties for everyone, not just a specific group, otherwise other guests are neglected and the activities are poor.

The hotel is fully equipped with many pools and entertainment options, and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, yet the buffet food should vary more from day to day—Friday’s selection was the same as Saturday’s—and I couldn’t secure a restaurant reservation because priority is given to other hotels in the complex.

They never came to fix the AC or the front door that keeps getting jammed, and the staff are not attentive to guests.
