“Decepcionante”
The location was great, near Avenida Paulista, shops, pharmacies, and bars, yet overall the service was awful, especially the breakfast staff who were often rude; the breakfast had few options, scrambled eggs were cold, cheese bread looked stale, and French bread was cut in half; the room had peeling paint and few outlets; we asked for a blanket but none were available; the shower cooled down mid‑bath, ruining comfort; overall the experience fell far below expectations in service, facilities, and quality, so I’d give it 4.0/10.
