The hotel's great location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and the facilities were impressive, but unfortunately, the maintenance was lacking. Unfortunately, the room above ours wasn't cleaned properly, but the pool was a highlight, and the waterpark was a hit with the kids.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's unique concept and quiet location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, our room was a letdown - it was dirty, with a stinky bed and musty pillows. Additionally, many of the facilities were in disrepair, and the mattresses were worn out, leading to back pain.
