Their quick and accurate responses to my requests even before we arrived already set the tone for what we were about to experience. The dining room manager and team deserve special mention for their professionalism, wide smiles, and genuine care. The hotel’s service culture is built on mutual respect, warmth, and hospitality at a level rarely seen today. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The hotel staff, including management, were kind and patient, and the service was excellent. The food was tasty, but the selection was limited.

Breakfast was perfect and varied, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly, the room was spacious and rustic, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom clean. The only major drawback was a huge unpleasant noise: upon arrival the room felt like an oven and it took 30 minutes to cool down with the air‑conditioning unit, which was completely confusing.

Nothing good. The whole hotel smelled moldy, the food wasn’t great, and we left with a seriously upset stomach.
