The hotel looked exactly as advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The room was clean and comfortable, but the location was a bit of a letdown.

We were blown away by the natural beauty of this place, and the meals at the on-site restaurant were top-notch. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the hot water ran out quickly, and we had to clean the glass windows ourselves because they were dirty. It's a shame, because it's a truly special spot.

The hotel looked just like the photos, which was a relief. However, the experience was marred by a few issues that detracted from the overall stay.

The location of this place is great, but that's where it ends. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong odor that lingered throughout our stay.
