The location was spot on - we were close to the Palace and cathedral, trendy shops and bars, and even had a metro station right opposite.
The staff here were really friendly and provided top service, from the doorman to the spa and restaurant staff at SOMO.
The breakfast here is honestly amazing, and the staff are all so nice and helpful.
The hotel itself was lovely and clean, and the staff were really friendly.

The location is great, but everything is very basic.
“פרפקטו 🙂”
A clean, indulgent spot right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Vía. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the service was exceptional. The spa was perfect with great treatments, and overall the value matched the price.
Breakfast was fantastic – tons of options to suit every taste.
“سيكون لي زياره ثانيه له ان شاء الله”
The location was great and the staff were friendly, handling requests with care.
The hotel is clean and well‑located, but management needs to be more flexible with check‑in and check‑out times, especially when it doesn't affect other guests. If they charge an extra fee for a late checkout, they clearly don't care about the next customer. They also asked for a deposit fee that makes no sense, especially after you already paid the full stay at check‑in. This wasn't mentioned in any booking details or the confirmation email. Unfortunately, management needs more improvement to earn a 5‑star rating.
