It was sufficient for one night, but the rooms are a bit small.

The place was clean, the system was simple, and after 9 pm the front desk left the key for us; the parking was right in front, making the stay comfortable, and I had no particular complaints.

The location is far from Narita station yet close to a small shopping centre. The accommodation wasn’t very clean, the bed was old, and nobody came to empty the trash or replace the towels during our three‑night stay even though we left them in the corridor. It was also advertised as 60 m² but was really only about 30‑40 m², there’s no elevator and the stairs are very narrow—big suitcases are a hassle.

The family‑type suite with a living area was spacious and perfect for our three kids, and a good‑looking staff member even helped haul our heavy suitcase up to the second floor. Being right before our overseas flight made the location very handy, with Aeon and a 7‑Eleven just nearby, plus we appreciated the Curél cleansing product, the bread, coffee, a washing machine, and reliable Wi‑Fi. I’ll definitely use it again before my next trip, though I wish there had been a shuttle to the nearest Keisei Narita station.
