Close to the station, clean, staff are good. The toilet lock was broken and the key‑pickup process was a bit difficult.

The place is clean, all the facilities are there, just bring your bags in. There's nothing else.

The proximity to the blue line station gives city‑wide access, and the local street vendor food zone is nearby. This is a cafe with rooms to rent. The information message about access sent when out of WiFi area (flying) added to confusion arriving late hours. No staff on site after 6pm.
