“Perawatan dan kebersihan yang jelek”
The hotel sits right in the center of Gresik Kota. The building and room interiors were barely maintained, with the exterior paint looking faded, the elevator floor dirty, and the glass and elevator not wiped down. I stayed in a standard room, but it was cramped and poorly kept, so I upgraded to a suite, which still fell short of international cleanliness standards. The wall‑mounted stop contact was loose, the bathroom had mold from soap and shampoo that hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and the taps and shower were full of limescale and didn’t work well. The chair and sofa were made of fabric that had never been steamed, leaving stains and a dull look. Maintenance and housekeeping need to focus on the details.

Despite this, the staff's friendly demeanor and the hotel's prime location made up for the minor drawbacks.
The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and plentiful. I was able to try a wide range of dishes and left feeling satisfied.
