I wish I could return soon to this beautiful place 🌹, but the parking is very tight and scarce.

The only thing I liked was the courteous behavior of the staff member, Zeyad Al-Zahrani, who was truly a good man. The rooms were extremely cramped, there were no hotel‑owned parking spaces, and the staff treatment was so bad that the workers themselves would knock on your door at 12 pm to force you out. I told reception that this was inappropriate, but they didn’t respond. I stayed there for two nights, which were honestly some of the worst nights ever. Thankfully, I was later accommodated at a superb hotel called “Nuzl Al-Maqam” in Al‑Aziziyah, where I stayed for another two nights and received very high‑quality service, spacious rooms, and excellent prices.

The cleaning was awful, especially the bedsheets, pillows, and comforter.
