They overcharged my card and refused to reimburse me; the company is terrible. Every Red Dot hotel feels like 100% trash.

I was told at arrival that only cash was accepted, the rooms didn’t match the photos at all, and I found dirty socks behind or next to the microwave—completely misleading.

The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door handle was broken, the bottom of the door was chewed off by something, the TV didn’t work, and the carpet was stained everywhere.
