“Unfortunately, the convenient location for us was the only positive aspect of our stay.”

The location was the only real advantage of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to the music venue we were visiting in Dresden. We liked the decor because we are musicians and records collectors. But that is all. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the completely unprofessional and even rude behavior of one of the receptionist - Celine. She was unfriendly, unwilling to help, and made us feel stupid and unwelcome from the very first interaction. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, especially at reception, where guests should be welcomed with courtesy, respect, and a willingness to assist. This was a terrible first impression and ultimately the main reason we will NEVER return to this hotel. The breakfast was another disappointment. Although the coffee was good, the eggs were absolutely inedible: dry, cold, rubbery, and reminiscent of old 'lasagne'. They were among the worst eggs we have ever tasted. The overall breakfast selection was very average and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel charging these prices

Schön eingerichtete Zimemr, kleines auber ausreichendes Fitness, zwei Saunen mit Aufguss zum selber machen. Und Kaffe und Tees für Lau. Sehr schön

“Super schönes, außergewöhnliches Hotel mit super Frühstück!”

Das Frühstück war spitze! Insgesamt hatten wir allerdings nichts auszusetzen. Ein super Hotel! Wir sind auch schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder
