“A nice night in an authentic and exotic place.”
We booked the place for a single night, so we couldn’t fully judge its suitability for longer stays. At first glance it had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The apartment sits in an old vine shop, and the owners grow good quality vines—at least the ones I tasted. The older generation spoke only Czech, so we had some communication issues at first because the main hostess was away. She called back quickly and arranged everything nicely. The family was very friendly and caring, making our brief stay in this truly exotic spot comfortable and impressive. Thanks for the hospitality; I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves wine, local country vibes, and unusual surroundings. The parking is a bit tricky because of restricted time signs, but the family assured us that leaving the car overnight was fine, and we had no trouble. I’m not sure about longer stays—probably the car would need to be parked a bit farther away. It’s not a major issue, just a reality of the place.
