“Kein wochenend. Empfehlung zum entspannen”
The staff in the cafeteria, restaurants, and bar area were very friendly and helpful. The experience differed whether I stayed as a spa guest or just for a weekend; the photos sent on Booking showed more than what was actually there. The rooms and dining were small and not as we imagined. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and had more cafeteria feel than restaurant flair. Dinner was a disaster—nothing healthy for so many guests, just one hot dish that didn’t taste good, was overcooked, and the vegetables were burnt. The polenta was terrible; I've never had such bad food. The spa should consider offering higher‑quality options for spa guests in the future, think about health, add gluten‑free items, and cater to diabetics because it’s supposed to be a health hotel. They never asked if we had any intolerances. The pool area was as shown in the photos but much smaller than expected, and the water was ice‑cold, so I didn’t even go in. A major criticism is the sauna and wellness area; they should provide fruit, drinks, tea, juice, and healing stones—water is really needed, especially for older guests with circulation issues. After the sauna, a small fridge in the room for personal items and a kettle for tea would be useful for spa or weekend guests. In summer I wouldn’t stay there without air‑conditioning. I’m sorry to write this, but they should rethink their concept.
